What will you be doing?
As a Diagnostic Specialist, you are responsible for the diagnosis and repair of (complex) mechanical and electrical faults. To achieve this, you work closely with your colleagues, the automotive technicians, and you have contact with customers and, if necessary, the importer to find the right solution. To perform your work well, you follow the guidelines of Van Mossel and the importer.

Your activities in short:

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults;

• Following up on all additional work and contact arising from the diagnostics;

• Assisting customers to be able to provide the correct diagnosis or explanation regarding a repair.

Who are you?
You are a true professional and have a great interest in cars. You do not deliver half-finished work and strive for high customer satisfaction. You work accurately and consider providing good service to be very important. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the profile below:

• Completed education as a Diagnostic Technician;

• At least 2 years of work experience as a first-line mechanic, where you have experience in performing diagnoses;

• Certified APK inspector;

• Affinity with the Volkswagen brand;

• Available full-time and residing in the Tilburg region.
