Van Mossel continues to grow, and therefore we are looking for a new colleague for our Backoffice at Bedrijfswagencentrum in Tilburg. In Tilburg, you and your colleagues support the service advisors in administrative matters, so that our customers are helped optimally.

Your duties include

• The administrative preparation of workshop appointments;

• The registration, requesting, and invoicing of rental agreements;

• The preparation of quotes based on identified repair or maintenance work;

• Requesting, submitting, and processing warranty claims according to the guidelines of Volkswagen Group;

• General support of the aftersales team where necessary.

It is a versatile position in which you learn all processes step by step and eventually become all-round deployable within the back office.

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys administrative work, has strong communication skills, and is confident. You find it important to work accurately and you are open to learning new things. Experience in a similar position is a plus, but not a requirement; we will teach you everything you need to know! 

Furthermore, we request: 

• MBO level of work and thinking; 

• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing; 

• You dare to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers; 

• Full-time availability.
