Aftersales Manager in Amsterdam

Do you want to play a key role within a premium brand experience and ensure that our processes run smoothly? Then we are looking for you as an Aftersales Manager for our Volvo and Polestar branches in Amsterdam and Mijdrecht.

As Aftersales Manager, you are the connecting factor between the workshop, service desk, and the customer. You support the daily operation and ensure that everything is correct both behind the scenes and at the front end. You maintain the overview, coordinate activities, and ensure that customers leave our branch with a premium service experience.

You work closely with the aftersales manager and the service team and actively contribute to optimizing processes, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Thanks to your structured approach and communication skills, everything runs like clockwork.

• Coordinating daily aftersales activities;

• Supporting and managing the service and workshop team where necessary;

• Monitoring planning, lead times, and work processes;

• Identifying and implementing process improvements;

• Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction according to the premium standards of Volvo and Polestar;

• Proactively switching gears when dealing with questions, bottlenecks, or customer requests.

You are organizationally strong, communicatively skilled, and maintain an effortless overview — even on busy days. You know how important customer experience is within the premium segment and you act accordingly. You are involved, think ahead, and enjoy working together to achieve collective goals.

Are you currently working as a service advisor or in another aftersales function and are you ready for a next step with more responsibility? Then we certainly invite you to respond.

• Experience within automotive aftersales;

• Strong organizational and communicative skills;

• A customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude;

• Affinity with premium mobility and electric vehicles is a plus.
