Do you have five to eight years of work experience in drafting and advising on commercial contracts, conducting related proceedings, and does your heart beat faster at commercial contract law? Do you want to be part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team and contribute to the growth and success of our Commercial Contracts, Liability & Litigation practice group? Within our practice group, much litigation takes place. This naturally requires a good assessment of procedural risks and mapping out an effective and cost-conscious litigation strategy together with the client. Additionally, we are heavily involved in drafting and advising on commercial agreements. Think of general terms and conditions and distribution, franchise, and agency agreements. We also make a difference in alternative dispute resolution, for example as a binding advisor or arbitrator, and as a lawyer for parties in mediation, binding advice, or arbitration.

To expand our team, which is supported daily by an experienced and dedicated secretarial staff, we are looking for a new colleague to join as an associate lawyer.
In your position, you will be involved in, among other things, writing (procedural) advice, drafting commercial agreements, following relevant developments, and occasionally writing articles and blogs. Naturally, you will work independently and in a team on interesting issues for our clients. Our team values open and transparent communication and places a high premium on good cooperation.
