Automatic Doors Supervisor

• Salary between €4,200.- and €6,000.- gross per month;

• Company car, which you can also use privately;

• 41 days off per year;

Do you have experience as the primary point of contact for customers and with leading projects from A to Z? Do you have experience managing a team? AND do you have experience in construction and/or technology? Then we are looking for you!

• Project management: schedules, priorities and distribution of tasks, established budgets and agreements made with the client, applicable technical and safety standards, etc., and ensuring that employees and subcontractors involved in the project do the same.

• Is the primary point of contact for customers, our technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Responsible for the KPIs to be achieved, quality, and promoting an open safety culture, and ultimately responsible for the safety of the technicians within the region.

• Responsible for implementing working processes with a primary focus on the continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, costs, and results.

• Checking and verifying permits and safe working procedures.

• Leading a team of 5 Service Technicians and 1 Project Coordinator, including corresponding HR activities such as managing sickness, performance, appraisals, development, and training.
