IT Operating Model Expert

• Demonstrable experience in designing Digital operating models and governance, IT4IT, ITIL, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and you have experience with CI/CD and modern software delivery, and how to organize that effectively (not just technically, but also organizationally).

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or IT.

• Professional command of the Dutch and English languages.

• A permanent contract with a two-month probationary period, based on 40 hours per week.
• A salary in scale 18: maximum up to €11,156 gross per month (based on 40 hours), with annual bonuses and a pension contribution of 70%.

How will you keep the Netherlands powered? As an Operating Model Expert at Digital & Technology Transformation (DTT), you are responsible for providing guidance in successfully implementing innovative ways of working and leveraging technology to improve organization-wide performance, so that the Netherlands can continue to rely on reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy. You will be working in the Governance & Operating team, consisting of 8 colleagues. Additionally, you are responsible for, among other things:

• Translating critical business needs into frameworks, guidelines, and/or standards that integrate business processes, knowledge, technology, and organizational specifications within your own specialist domain, with a focus on improving organization-wide performance.
• Monitoring, anticipating, and contributing to sector trends, emerging technologies, and/or legislative changes to provide insight into how TenneT should respond and thus shape TenneT's strategic direction in the long term.
• Collaborating with various units to ensure that expert knowledge is integrated into important strategic initiatives and projects, while sharing crucial knowledge and expertise within TenneT.
• Leading and positioning subject areas based on business developments and needs to guarantee future-proof solutions at TenneT.
