The role

There has never been so much content in the L&D world, and never so little real connection. Feeds are full of AI-generated lists, whitepapers that nobody reads, and webinars that could have just as easily been an email. It doesn't help any L&D professional work better on a Monday morning.

We believe the solution is the opposite of even more content: real rooms, real conversations, and real relationships. Campaign management is the engine for this. You develop, build, and run campaigns that bring L&D and HR professionals together—both online and offline—and that are commercially valuable without it feeling that way.

What you'll do

You are responsible for the end-to-end campaign management of our most important initiatives:

  • L&D Move 2026 - Our flagship. A full day at De Fabrique where the Dutch L&D community comes together. You ensure that the surrounding campaign (from concept to after-movie and follow-up) attracts and activates the right people.

  • The webinar engine - A tight rhythm of valuable sessions. You plan, position, and promote them as part of broader campaigns.

  • L&D Monitor & L&D Benchmark - Our research and data products deserve a real launch, not just a LinkedIn post. You turn them into campaigns.

  • Community & activation - Online and offline. Members must receive value between events. You build campaigns that keep the community alive.

  • Everything we haven't tackled yet: industry meet-ups, customer advisory boards, launch events around content, partner and customer activations.

You turn the backlog into a tight campaign calendar and ensure that every campaign (event, webinar, research launch, or community activation) has a clear strategy, execution, and measurable impact.

We cannot give you a fixed annual plan—the best ideas often come from the market. Therefore, this is the form of the work:

  • You devise the concept. You listen to what is happening in L&D and HR and translate that into campaigns (events, webinars, launches) that people want to participate in.

  • You build and execute the campaign. Budget, channels, suppliers, speakers, landing pages, email, social, registration, and on-site coordination. Everything under one campaign approach.

  • You fill the 'room' (online and offline). You are the owner of the numbers and the quality of the participants. You know which people you want to reach and how to activate them.

  • You keep the connection alive. Before, during, and long after the campaign. The community and the follow-up do not stop when the event is over.

  • You make it commercial without it feeling commercial. You work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and partners so that the right people are invited and the follow-up does not fall through the cracks. Everyone in the 'room' wins, including us.

  • You measure and refine. Every campaign teaches you something. You use those insights to make the next one better.

Who you are

There is no perfect candidate. Perhaps you come from event management, field marketing, campaign management, or the agency side. Perhaps you discovered through business development or marketing that campaigns and events are your thing. The boxes matter less. What counts:

  • You are curious and use that to build campaigns that people enjoy experiencing.

  • You love making connections and are commercially savvy—the best campaigns create a win for everyone.

  • You are an organizer. You know the pain of complex projects and the kick when a campaign lands.

  • You work independently, know when to ask for help, and think in solutions.

  • You are creative.

  • You are AI-curious: you don't have to be an expert, but you must be willing to try tools and say honestly if something doesn't work.

Practical: 3+ years of experience in campaign marketing, event marketing, field marketing, or a similar role. Dutch at C1+ level is a must (our community, content, and events are in Dutch).
