Studytube is the Learning Management System of the Netherlands. On our Marketplace, over 1,000 training providers offer their courses, where employees of our corporate clients enroll. As a Marketplace Operations Manager, you ensure that marketplace runs: you onboard training providers, set them live, and ensure their offerings reach the customers who need them.
Onboarding training providers- supporting new training providers with training, ensuring data and prices are correct in the platform.
Matching offerings to the customer - figuring out what employees need and advising which offering fits.
Second-line support - questions about offerings, settings, technical integrations, and bookings that our Technical Support does not handle.
Mediating issues - if a booking goes wrong between a training provider and a customer, you resolve it.
Administration regarding bookings (fees, cancellations, price agreements), and contributing to the training provider newsletter and customer community.
Some training providers deliver their offerings via an integration (XML feed, EDU-DEX, or our API). You don't need to know anything about that at the start; you will learn it along the way. The role has a commercial side, but that only grows as you gain a grip on the market and on our training providers.
This is an entry-level position with a clear growth path. We do not expect you to know everything already, but we do expect you to be curious, learn quickly, and be proactive.
Years 1-3: you build a foundation in operations, process improvement, the basics of project management, and data analysis.
Years 4-5: growth towards Senior Marketplace Operations Manager, with room towards business development.
You will join a small team: a Team Lead, a Partner Manager, and a Marketplace Operations Manager. You are the fourth.
