Real Estate and Contract Specialist

As a Real Estate and Contract Specialist, you ensure that SPAR's real estate portfolio is contractually and operationally in order. You combine real estate knowledge with negotiating power and maintain oversight of diverse rental and management processes.

• You are part of the Entrepreneurial Affairs and Real Estate team. The team supports entrepreneurs and ensures a future-proof real estate portfolio.
• You are responsible for the contract agreements within the real estate portfolio between landlords, SPAR, and entrepreneurs.
• You assess existing and indexed rental contracts, conduct negotiations, and ensure that agreements are carefully recorded and followed up.
• You maintain contact with both tenant and landlord parties and serve as an important first point of contact for them. You handle questions and complaints regarding leased and rented properties yourself or forward them to the appropriate specialist.
• You ensure complete and careful reporting to all involved stakeholders and guide the handover of properties at the end of a lease or rental relationship.
• You also contribute to ensuring that retail real estate complies with relevant laws and regulations. For example, you coordinate with landlords regarding maintenance, repairs, sustainability, and adjustments to the most current standards, keep an eye on progress, and hold involved parties accountable for compliance with made agreements.

• You possess HBO (higher professional education) real estate working and thinking levels and have several years of experience in contract management or a similar environment.
• You understand how rental contracts are established and feel at home at the negotiating table.
• You communicate clearly, build professional relationships easily, and find it enjoyable to represent the interests of SPAR.
• In addition, you work accurately, research administrative, technical, and legal issues to the bottom, and solve them practically and in a structured manner.
