Technical Service Employee (In Training)

As a technical service employee in training, you will work in SPAR's state-of-the-art automated distribution center K2 in Waalwijk. Under guidance, you will develop into a versatile technical employee who performs maintenance, resolves malfunctions, and keeps machines, installations, and the building in good condition.

• You will learn to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on machines and installations in the distribution center.
• You will perform preventive and periodic maintenance to prevent technical problems as much as possible.
• You will carry out building inspections and support necessary inspection and repair work.
• You will gain practical experience with various drive technologies, control technology, and building management systems.
• You will analyze technical problems and learn to solve them quickly, safely, and professionally.
• You will plan and organize your activities carefully and record performed work and specific details.
• You will work in a rotating shift schedule, as the logistics process is operational approximately 18 hours per day.

• a varied technical position in which you learn the trade in practice within a friendly and expert team
• a salary between € 2,763 and € 4,413 gross per 4 weeks at 40 hours, depending on your experience
• a rotating shift allowance of 14% per period
• 25 vacation days with full-time employment
• a travel allowance

• you possess MBO-level working and thinking skills and have an affinity for technology
• you are enthusiastic, decisive, and motivated to further develop yourself technically

• you possess problem-solving abilities and remain calm when a malfunction must be resolved quickly
• you are willing to work 40 hours per week in a rotating shift schedule
• you are a starter or already have several years of work experience; this position offers plenty of challenge for both levels
