At Solvinity, you will work on quotes for customers that truly matter to society. You are the director of the bidding process, combining commercial insight with a sharp eye for detail.

As a Bid Specialist, you are co-responsible for issuing quotes that align with our customers' business challenges. You know when to call and when a sharp email is enough. You utilize modern digital tools to work smarter and faster. You maintain oversight, monitor lead times, and ensure that administration is always in order. For you, a task is only finished when everything is correct. During bidding processes for large customers, you work closely with Client Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers.

Preparing and finalizing customized quotes;

Ensuring a completed approval process in the system in which the correct approvals are obtained before the proposal is issued;

You bring the right people together and maintain control over the content and lead time;
