Application Expert

As an Application Expert, you ensure that this knowledge is not only available but is also actually being used. You help colleagues, customers, and partners to work smarter, share knowledge better, and apply new tools effectively.

You work at the intersection of business, technology, and knowledge management. You analyze what can be improved, implement improvements, and ensure that solutions truly land within the organization.

This is a role for someone who loves to build, improve, and get people moving.

• Coordinating the Application Expertise Centre as a central knowledge and training hub

• Developing and organizing training programs for employees, customers, and partners

• Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and knowledge sharing

• Implementing new digital solutions, tools, and AI applications

• Supporting teams with adoption and change management

• Connecting Sales, Marketing, and Application Expertise

• Translating knowledge into better customer results and commercial impact

• HBO/WO working and thinking level

• Affinity with technology, digital tools, and process improvement

• Experience with training, knowledge sharing, or project coordination is a plus

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• The ability to make complex subjects understandable

• A proactive and independent working attitude

• Curiosity about new technologies, including AI

• Good command of Dutch and English

• Directly visible impact on both internal processes and customer relationships

• Plenty of room to develop ideas and implement improvements
