The role

Manage the sales and coordination process for corporate group bookings and social events.
Create tailored proposals, follow up on quotations, and negotiate contracts to convert enquiries into confirmed business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and maximise conversion rates.
Act as the main point of contact for confirmed groups, coordinating all organisational and financial arrangements.
Ensure clear communication between clients, hotels, internal departments, and external partners.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
Deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the entire booking and event planning process.
