Solutions Transition and Implementation Manager

• Knowledge of and experience with me project methods
• At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree and relevant work experience

As a Solutions Transition and Implementation Manager, you will be part of the Solutions Delivery department. You are responsible for the successful implementation of integrated security solutions for strategic customers. These solutions consist of a combination of technology, monitoring, mobile surveillance, manned guarding, and additional security services, tailored to the specific risks, threats, and business processes of the customer.

You are already involved during the sales phase and, after the order is placed, you take control of the implementation process. You act as the central point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders, validate the developed solution, draw up project plans, and ensure a successful handover to the operational organization. In this role, the emphasis lies on management: you bring together commercial, operational, and technical disciplines, align interests, and ensure that all parties involved work together effectively toward a successful implementation of the agreed solution.

In the event of changes in customer wishes or project scope, you analyze the impact on both the customer organization and Securitas. You identify risks, adjust in a timely manner, and ensure that projects proceed in a controlled, managed, and successful manner.

In addition, you are responsible for:

• Planning, quality, customer satisfaction, and risk management
• Monitoring of financial frameworks
• Realization of contractual agreements, KPIs, and SLAs
• Transparent reporting to customers and internal stakeholders
• You identify opportunities for improvement in processes, service delivery, and collaboration and actively contribute to the further professionalization of Solutions Delivery
