Modernization Supervisor

As a Modernization Supervisor, you are the pivot of our modernization projects. You combine technical knowledge with organizational talent and ensure that both our customers and technicians can count on top quality, clear communication, and tightly organized execution.

In this role, you are the engine behind successful projects. You:

• Lead the modernization team within your region
• Manage internal stakeholders and keep everyone engaged
• Monitor and optimize the planning of your district
• Coordinate your activities with subcontractors, from start to completion
• Handle order requests and approve invoices
• Maintain an overview of all materials in storage
• Manage documentation in our systems
• Prepare small quotes
• Work closely with the Service Leader of your region

In short: you ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

• An MBO education (logistics, technical, or administrative)
• Experience as a leader óf experience in the elevator industry and ready for that next step
• Affinity with managing subcontractors

• Flexibility and good skills in both Dutch and English
