As Maintenance Mechanical Lead, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities regarding mechanical systems and installations within Europlant. Through your commitment, you ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of production equipment and mechanical installations.

• Responsible for building, developing, inspiring, and motivating the team.

• Ensuring continuity within the team and stimulating engagement and knowledge development.

• Ensuring a positive, open, and constructive working atmosphere in which collaboration is central.

• Ultimately responsible for the entire mechanical installation and for maintaining the necessary technical knowledge to keep these installations in the required condition.

• Drafting and executing a strategic multi-year maintenance plan with which the technical state, reliability, and availability of critical and complex installations are guaranteed.

• Timely identifying risks, obsolescence, and opportunities for improvement and translating these into concrete maintenance and investment proposals.

• Actively promoting safety regulations and supervising compliance within the team and by external parties.

• Stimulating safety awareness and ensuring a safe working environment and safe execution of activities.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to direct and develop teams.

• Strong analytical ability and capable of understanding complex issues.

• Strong organizational skills and a demonstrable ability to set priorities.
