The role

The Bottling Plant of the Bavaria Brewery consists of a hyper-modern machine park with the latest production techniques. Here, our beers and soft drinks are bottled in cans, bottles, and kegs. Approximately 95,000 cans or bottles per hour. As an Allround Operator, you master all workstations within a zone to perfection and replace the Team Leader in their absence.

What you'll do

In the role of Allround Operator, as one of the team members, you take responsibility for a responsible and smooth progress of the production process.
You master all workstations within one zone. You can work independently at these 8 to 12 workstations in the zone, such as the independent operation, changeover, maintenance, and cleaning of machines, and the independent resolution of simple malfunctions.
You are able to perform control activities so that the end products meet quality requirements.
You replace the Team Leader when they are absent and ensure that the planned production is achieved, according to set quality requirements. This can sometimes be for a single day, but sometimes also for a period of several consecutive weeks.
