What we're looking for

  • HBO working/thinking level or extensive experience within contracting. Also extensive experience with cost management on new construction and renovation projects within the structural discipline.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation (including Bouwbesluit) and standards (such as UAV, UAV-GC, RAW, STABU).
  • Strong communication skills and experience working within a complex stakeholder environment; additionally, you can collaborate effectively in teams.
