The role

Are you organizationally strong, connecting, and do you get energy from managing a team?
For our practice in Bellingwolde, we are looking for a committed and decisive Practice Manager. Located just about 35 minutes' drive from Groningen, this position offers a great challenge for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves, take responsibility, and wants to further develop the practice together with the team with energy.

As Practice Manager, you are the organizational heart of the practice. You ensure that daily practice operations run smoothly, the team works well together, and patients can rely on qualitative, safe, and personal care. You are the connecting link between the practice team, the practitioners, HR, the service center, and external parties.

Together with the team and the Regional Manager, you bear responsibility for the quality of care, a well-functioning team, and healthy business operations.

What you bring:

You possess a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team and/or in practice management.
You speak and write Dutch well.
You are organizationally strong and also know how to maintain calm and overview in a dynamic environment.
You dare to make operational decisions independently.
You are available an average of 4 days (34 hours) per week.
