• Fee commensurate with your experience and responsibility
• Flexible working hours: 3-5 days per week, with possibilities for partial evening shifts and potentially Saturdays
• Modern facilities and a well-accessible practice in Dordrecht
• Short lines of communication and a collegial, stable team
• A practice with broad specializations and a wealth of expertise in-house
• Support from the Oral Care Nederland network, you are not alone
You want to provide direction to care, team, and practice without getting stuck in HR challenges and finances. Leadership over clinical content. At our modern practice in Dordrecht, you have true clinical control with the certainty of the Oral Care Nederland network.
Our practice is a vibrant, collegial environment with a wide patient base ranging from children and families to elderly patients with more complex care needs. With specializations such as implantology and endodontics, we offer high-quality, versatile oral care.
As Dental Practice Leader, you are ultimately responsible for clinical quality, patient safety, and treatment policy. You combine patient care (20-25 patients per day) with strategic leadership and work closely with the management team. You:
• Combine clinical work with clinical leadership in a team of 7 dentists and 33 colleagues
• Are ultimately responsible for clinical quality, patient safety, and treatment policy
• Provide direction to quality of care, collaboration, and team development
• Monitor clinical guidelines and quality standards within the practice
• Work together with the network on quality development and knowledge sharing
• Drive the optimal use of the broad expertise and specializations within the practice
• Implement improvement processes and contribute to stability in quality and team culture
• Act as the point of contact for clinical treatment issues (alongside the practice manager and floor manager)
Our modern practice features seven treatment rooms and almost all disciplines within dentistry. We offer, among others, implantology, pedodontics, aligner treatments, crown and bridge work, and endodontics. Due to this multidisciplinary setting, there is always room to brainstorm, collaborate, and further develop yourself. You will join an ambitious and eager-to-learn team that is constantly working on improvement. The patient group is diverse and demands attention and quality: from families and many children to the elderly, anxious patients, and target groups with greater care needs. This makes the work clinically challenging and educational.
The atmosphere in the practice is close-knit and committed. We regularly have lunch together. Furthermore, the location is excellently accessible: the station is a three-minute walk away. Parking is limited and at your own expense.
Our practice is affiliated with Oral Care Nederland, a national network of oral care practices that combines local identity with more than 35 years of international dental expertise.
