· Salary: 3000-3600 gross per month

Finance is at the heart of the business in our dynamic organization. In this position, you contribute to the success of Autorola. Various financial administrative tasks form the basis of your role. You have a broad administrative role with varied tasks & responsibilities.

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the financial administration for the business units.
You are in a unique position where, in addition to your own tasks, you also collaborate with colleagues and gain a good understanding of the responsibilities of our Finance department, which has a strong link to our headquarters in Denmark. Just like your Finance colleagues, you are a point of contact for, for example, our Sales and Transport & Aftersales departments.

Job description

Various financial-administrative processes:

1. Accounting & financial administration

• Booking purchase and sales invoices

• Processing bank statements

• Checking invoices and payment reminders

2. Accounts receivable and accounts payable management

• Preparing and sending invoices

• Monitoring payment terms

• Following up on outstanding items (accounts receivable management)

• Communication with suppliers regarding invoices and payments

3. Support with reporting

• Providing data for the monthly closing

• Collecting and processing financial data for reports

4. Administrative support

• Archiving financial documents

• Maintaining the general ledger

• Optimizing processes and you will help others with the Credit Check process: analyzing and assessing legitimate buyers.

You report to our Controller.
