Doing meaningful work should be accompanied by fair and transparent compensation. The base salary for this position is between € 48,610.00 - €81,017.00. Where you are placed within this salary scale, we determine based on objective factors, such as the skills required for the position, your relevant experience, and the responsibilities you will carry in this role. Additionally, we take into account internal equity and local market conditions. For this position, a bonus scheme of 3% applies, where the reward is linked to KPIs and company results. Philips Consumer Lifestyle Drachten develops and produces electric shavers and toothbrushes. The production organization utilizes complex high-tech production processes and can be characterized as dynamic and innovative, and the most advanced in the industry worldwide. Production takes place within various shift structures.

Within the Moulding and Decoration department, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. As Supervisor, you are responsible for translating the VSO vision (Value Stream Organization) into a proper maintenance strategy regarding machines, tooling, and a team of specialists. LEAN and Total Productive Maintenance methods are part of this. You are a member of an operational group (OG) and together you manage the high-tech production in a part of the production organization.

Projects are often undertaken in teams and have a highly innovative character. As Maintenance Supervisor in day shifts, you support production in making parts for shavers in the areas of equipment, technology, and organization.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you have the following core tasks:

• You are the leader of the team of 15-22 technicians/specialists.
• You ensure the maintenance of your team's knowledge levels.
• Coaching technicians and thereby the maintenance team.
• You are responsible for the maintenance budget.
• You are responsible for the (multi) year overhaul and replacement plan Capex 2.
• You are responsible for the safety of employees and machines.

To be successful in this role, you have the following education and skills

• You possess a completed HBO technical degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering). Possibly supplemented with a business administration degree.
• In addition, you possess at least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a leader within a maintenance or production environment.
• Knowledge of and insight into Lean Manufacturing/TPM is a plus.
• You enjoy dealing with technology both independently and as a member of a team. You can maintain and create overview in complex situations.
• You have organizational talent and can lead effectively. Furthermore, you possess good analytical skills and a strong sense of standards.
• You are decisive, assertive, communicative, and possess influencing skills.
• You are proficient in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• You have the ambition and potential to become Maintenance Manager within 5-10 years.
