Location manager | Daycare and After-school care in BSO Eemnes

As a location manager at Partou in Eemnes, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

As a location manager, you are responsible for multiple types of care within the village: daycare, toddler care, and after-school care. You work together with dedicated teams that offer children a safe, familiar, and stimulating environment to develop every day.

An important part of your area of responsibility is Kinderdagverblijf and BSO Vierkante Bosje, located in a beautiful, modern building in the heart of Eemnes. Here, children get all the space to play, build, craft, and move. Outdoors, they express themselves on the large square and during trips to the village. At the BSO, creative activities, workshops, and challenging play opportunities ensure that no two days are the same.

Additionally, you lead the locations at the Schoolpad, where the toddler care and BSO work closely with primary school De 7Sprong. Here, nature, movement, music, and learning through play are central. Thanks to the warm atmosphere, familiar faces, and strong collaboration with education, children quickly feel at home here.

The sports-BSO at the Noordersingel is also part of your area of responsibility. Located near football club SV Eemnes, this location offers children plenty of opportunities to be active. With sports fields, a playground, and an extensive range of activities, it is all about moving, discovering, and having fun. From football and hockey to creative activities and trips: children get all the space here to develop their talents.

You work 36 hours per week, spread over 4.5 or 5 days. Working on Fridays is a plus. We are looking for an experienced location manager who knows how to connect multiple teams, coaches employees, and can also lead effectively at a distance.
