As a Repair Planner, you ensure that our technicians are well-prepared before heading out and that repairs are carried out smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You are the connecting link between the customer, the technician, and the internal organization. Thanks to your preparation, our technicians always have the correct information, materials, and support to perform the work successfully.

• Preparing and planning repair activities.
• Assessing technical information and developing suitable solutions.
• Performing technical site surveys when necessary.
• Ordering and monitoring the required materials and parts.
• Checking order confirmations and deliveries.
• Drafting clear work descriptions for technicians.
• Requesting inspections and coordinating transports.
• Supporting technicians during execution and answering technical questions.
• Maintaining contact with suppliers, colleagues, and other involved parties.
• Maintaining project administration and digitally recording all relevant documents.
• Checking and approving invoices from suppliers.

No two days are the same. One moment you are urgently arranging a part to get a lift back in service quickly, the next you are working out a complex repair in great detail. You combine technology, planning, and organization, and you have a direct impact on the quality of our service.

In short: you ensure that repairs are perfectly prepared from start to finish, so that our technicians can work safely and efficiently and our customers can quickly rely on a well-functioning installation again.

What do you bring?

You are energetic, strong in communication, and enjoy building relationships and seizing opportunities. Additionally, you are result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and curious about technology.

Furthermore, you possess:

• A completed MBO or HBO education.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in a technical environment.
• Affinity with technology or a strong interest in deepening your knowledge in this field.
• An entrepreneurial and proactive attitude.
• Perseverance and a commercial drive.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
