Are you a natural leader who gets energy from coaching teams, optimizing logistical processes, and achieving operational objectives? How do you do this? As warehouse supervisor, you are responsible for multiple operational processes and you lead team leaders and warehouse employees. You monitor the performance of the operation, analyze results, and adjust where necessary. Thanks to your leadership, you know how to motivate people and continuously improve processes. You will achieve this by:

• directing, coaching, and developing team leaders and operational employees;
• monitoring KPIs in the areas of productivity, quality, and safety and actively adjusting based on them;
• ensuring optimal personnel planning and efficient deployment of resources;
• initiating and guiding improvement projects within the warehouse operation;
• maintaining close cooperation with other departments to realize operational objectives.

Within this operation, you will work in a modern warehouse environment where technology, data, and automation play an important role. Together with your team, you will ensure that processes run efficiently and that objectives regarding safety, quality, and productivity are realized: you will contribute to this.
