Sales Assistant Julia's Amsterdam Centraal

Your schedule as a sales assistant is flexible and you will coordinate it together with the manager. You are available to work closing shifts, from 15:00 or 17:00 until 00:00. You are also available on Friday evenings at the very least. Alternately, morning shifts (from 05:30) and mid-shifts are also available. A shift lasts a maximum of 8 hours. You are available at least one weekend day.

Due to the nature of the work, it is important that you are at least 16 years old. At this location, you will work with a diverse team of Dutch- and English-speaking colleagues.

As a sales assistant at Julia's, everything is about attention. For the traveler who wants to quickly grab a latte to go, a sandwich from the oven, or a warm pasta for the road. And for each other, because together with your colleagues, you make every busy shift something pleasant. Benvenuto! As a sales assistant, you will be involved in;

• Preparing a fresh cappuccino, baking sandwiches, and preparing our fresh pastas for a traveler who needs to catch their train
• Cleaning your workplace so that you can work hygienically
• Helping customers quickly and friendly at the counter

• Are you 21 years or older? Then you earn € 14.99 gross per hour excluding any allowances. Are you younger than 21 years old? Then the youth wage according to the hospitality collective labor agreement (horeca-cao) applies
• Additional employment conditions on top of the CAO
• The possibility to receive a permanent contract after 7 months
• Working with a fixed number of hours per week. Flexible shifts, not a nine-to-five job

• Up to 60% discount at various shops at the station
• Possible reimbursement of your travel expenses up to a maximum of €10.50 per day (from 10 km). We do not reimburse parking costs and do not have fixed parking spaces (unless otherwise indicated)
