The role
What you'll do
- As a sales assistant at HEMA, you are the face of our store. You ensure that customers feel welcome, help them with a smile, and actively think along to help every customer as best as possible. You have an eye for the customer's wishes and do everything to make every shopping experience pleasant and positive.
- Together with your colleagues, you ensure a neat, organized, and well-stocked store. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, helping where necessary, and contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere. You are a true team player who enjoys collaborating, supporting colleagues, and understands that you are collectively responsible for the result.
- You are friendly, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic. You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and enjoy surprising customers with good service. Whether you are helping customers, replenishing shelves, or ensuring a well-maintained presentation of the store: you dedicate yourself every day with pleasure to our customers and your team.
You have
