Working as a sales assistant is something for you. Really? Yep.

Firstly because it is varied work from which you will learn a lot. But also because you become part of #teamlidl! Because at Lidl, it is all about growth and camaraderie in small, close-knit teams. We offer serious growth opportunities, a good salary, and a great list of extra benefits.

With so many good reasons, there must be something for you, right?

Two things for sure: earning and growing. You receive a fine salary and can grow like a weed through the varied work (item number: 82956). And all of this in a super friendly environment. As a sales assistant, you become an indispensable all-rounder on the shop floor: you replenish the shelves, keep the store tidy, ring up customers at the checkout, and help them when they have questions. Where are the sustainable Kipster eggs located? I will explain that to you in great detail!

And do you want just a bit more responsibility? That is possible in the fruit and vegetable department
or the bakery. Can you already picture it a little?

A top person. Purely because you are reading this. Are you orienting yourself for a job as a cashier, shelf stocker, or store assistant? Then read on quickly!

What do you need to work at #teamlidl? The most important thing is that you are a go-getter. Does something need to be done? BAM, you're already there! And have you never worked in a supermarket before? No problem, everything will be explained to you in advance. What is also important:

Do you recognize yourself in this? Then we will do a little happy dance. Because then we are looking for you!

A job that gives you energy! You immediately become part of a close-knit, diverse club: #teamlidl! At Lidl, there are incredibly many possibilities to develop yourself and make strides. For example, if you want to, you can quickly get more responsibility over our fruit and vegetable department or make the step towards assistant supermarket manager. If you see yourself doing it, then we see it too. And then we are there to support you.
