What we're looking for

You have at least 5 years of work experience as a manager in accountancy and/or Corporate Finance or a related industry and you are ready for the next step in your career;
You have several years of experience with deals in the M&A market.
A completed university degree, for example in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Financial Management.
You are customer-oriented and establish contact with others quickly and effectively. You make a positive and sympathetic impression and can explain and convey your financial knowledge and insights in a clear manner.
You have an assertive, accurate, and independent working attitude.
You have sufficient knowledge of ICT systems, extensive experience with Excel, and creating complex reports.

Nice to have

Preferably a completed education to become a Register Valuator or you are currently studying for this.

A gross monthly salary between €5,849 and €9,000, excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.

You advise on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-ins and buy-outs, business financing, and valuations. What you'll do

You contribute to forecasting models and business and market analyses that we prepare for our clients to arrive at a valuation or sale transaction.
In collaboration with colleagues, you prepare advice for financing structures, valuations, buy-ins/buy-outs, mergers, and acquisitions.
You consult with various stakeholders: you keep the client informed of the progress of the process, but also consult with the tax authorities, lawyers, notaries, banks, or with the internal specialists at Moore MKW.
You ensure that everything is recorded correctly (digitally) and that everything complies with the applicable guidelines, quality requirements, laws, and regulations.
You have a fixed place of work, but you will also regularly be found at one of our other locations.
You will work together in a close-knit, self-managing team and will deal with colleagues who work enthusiastically, entrepreneurially, and professionally.
