What we're looking for

You possess the German language. Naturally, this does not have to be your mother tongue.
You are able to search for solutions together with our partners;
You have global knowledge of the leasing market and understand a damage process;
You have perseverance, are eager to learn, and enjoy figuring things out yourself within the team;
You enjoy helping customers together with our partners and addressing them positively/enthusiastically;
You have an affinity with sustainability and electric cars.

Nice to have

You are good with Excel the logical linking of different programs and the extraction of information is easy for you.
It would be very nice if you also speak good English. If you also speak and write Dutch, German, or French, then we will be very happy;

MisterGreen is a disruptive scale-up at the beginning of a European expansion to create a sustainable Robo-fleet of 15,000 self-driving Teslas. At the moment, we are 'charging' hard in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. This is where you come in!

What you'll do

To let MisterGreen grow further, we need you! You will ensure that our German customers are always driving satisfied and are helped quickly in the event of a breakdown or damage. You will do this together with two other fleet control employees and a network of partners.

You will be involved in the GERMAN part of the operational management of the lease cars: damage / roadside assistance / replacement transport, insurance issues, and customer support.
You will assess incoming fleet inquiries and ensure their correct administrative handling;
The lease fleet remains technically in order under your supervision. You will, among other things, ensure good communication with our repairers and service providers;
We can leave budgeting to you. This is because you always know how to make a good assessment between costs and customer satisfaction;
Has one of our drivers experienced a breakdown after all? Then you will assess the damage reports and ensure they are handled. Relieving the customer of their worries is essential;
In everything you do, you try to maximize our customer satisfaction.

It is good to know that this is truly an administrative role. MisterGreen is merely an intermediary and does not perform maintenance or damage repair itself. Of course, it is nice if you have knowledge of the processes at our service partners, Euromaster, Tesla Service Center, and many others
