The role

Our ambition is great; to become the most desired brand in the world! As a White Goods Passenger at Miele, you are responsible, together with the White Goods Installer, for installing Miele appliances at our customers' locations. You place the appliances in the correct spot and only leave once everything is working properly. A job with a lot of customer contact at a company with growth opportunities.

Do you want to work and learn at the same time? We are also open to a BBL arrangement (work-study). Miele possesses all the certificates and has all the knowledge in-house to give your career a perfect start!

What does your day look like?

Your day starts from the Miele head office in Vianen, where you load the appliances into the van together with an installer. These can be freestanding appliances such as a tumble dryer or one or more built-in appliances such as refrigerators, hobs, and ovens.

Next, you drive the route you have received from the planning via the app. Together with the installer, you ensure a damage-free and correct delivery, placement, and connection of the equipment. Per day, you will visit approximately 8 to 10 addresses of our customers.

Should you encounter problems at the customer's location, you think proactively about how to solve them. Naturally, you always leave our customers with a premium experience and a smile. Everything delivered and installed? Then you close the day again in Vianen.

Who are you?

As a White Goods Passenger, you have an affinity for appliances and have good social skills. You like being active in the field and, alongside the physical challenge, you enjoy contact with customers and are service-oriented. It is important that you are flexible and solution-oriented because a situation on-site can sometimes be different than expected.

In addition, you possess:

Experience with lifting heavy appliances;
Ideally, you are available 40 hours per week (4 days of 8 to a maximum of 10 hours);
Preferably living in the vicinity of Vianen;
The ambition to grow into, for example, the role of White Goods Installer.
