General Operator (LPSD)

• MBO / VAPRO B.

• Experience as a (lead, process, general) operator within the food or pharma industry.

• Team player with a helicopter view who can act independently in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Knowledge of various systems such as SAP, GWINS, Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of safety and quality requirements (e.g., GMP, GDP).

Our LPSD (liquid process & spray drying) department is looking for a team player who knows the process best and has the knowledge to deliver performance by producing the right quality within the specified parameters and procedures. If a deviation is detected, you know how to resume production as quickly as possible.

You perform the most common tasks in the LP and SD, regarding both production and cleaning processes. The goal is to operate independently, according to the applicable procedures, and to deliver a high-quality product in a safe and most efficient and effective manner.

• Compliance with safety and quality policies. Identifying unsafe situations, making improvement suggestions, and initiating actions.

• Providing "on the job" training to employees and recording this.

• Controlling and monitoring the automated production and cleaning process.

• Receiving and adding raw materials.

• Administration of dosed quantities in both automated systems and on log sheets.

• Maintaining process information on log sheets.

• Participating in improvement projects
