About Mars
At Mars, we have been building brands that people and pets love for more than a century. As a family business, we are active in more than 180 countries worldwide with brands such as M&M'S®, SNICKERS®, TWIX®, PEDIGREE®, WHISKAS®, SHEBA® and ROYAL CANIN®.
What makes us special? Our culture. We believe that growth begins with our people; therefore, we give you the space to develop yourself, contribute ideas, and take responsibility.
About the internship
As an intern, you will be part of two dynamic Petcare teams: the Special Trade Team and the Digital Commerce (DCOM) Team. During your internship, you will support the Account Managers and the Account Supports in their daily activities and participate fully in practice. You will work on customer cases, perform analyses, and think along about how we can make our collaboration with customers even better.
No two days are the same: one day you will dive into promotion analyses, the next day you will help prepare a customer meeting or support a new project.
This is your chance to discover how commerce, data, and marketing come together within a large Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, and to truly contribute to it yourself.
What will you do?
During this internship, you will receive a mix of operational and project-based tasks. You will learn both the details of commercial processes and the larger strategic picture. You will primarily contribute to effective promotion planning and provide valuable insights that help improve our commercial strategy, both today and in the future.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a curious and driven intern who is eager to truly participate in our team. You combine a sharp analytical brain with a commercial mindset and enjoy translating data into impact.
You ask questions, take initiative, and dare to come up with ideas, but you also work accurately and result-oriented.
What do we offer you?
An educational and varied internship in a dynamic working environment, where you are truly part of the team. You will get the space to gain practical experience, learn from professionals, and discover where your talents lie.
What can you expect after submitting your application?
You apply for this internship via our website by uploading your CV. After we have reviewed your CV, you will receive an invitation for an online interview via HireVue. You can do this digital interview at a time that suits you. This way, you get a better picture of us, and we get to know you too.
After reviewing your interview, we will let you know if we see a good match. If so, we will invite you for a conversation with the team where you might be doing your internship. If that conversation goes well, we will offer you the internship.
Ready to make a difference?
This is the chance to make a valuable contribution and to develop yourself in a professional, commercial environment.
