As a Consultant at Marktlink Exit Ready, you play an important role in supporting entrepreneurs in making their business ready for sale. You work closely with a team of experienced entrepreneurs and all-round professionals, where the objectives of each client are central to every action taken. Marktlink Exit Ready was founded to support entrepreneurs early in the sales process. We conduct in-depth analyses through questionnaires, interviews, and SWOT analyses to understand business models, market dynamics, and strategic options. Our approach includes assessing strengths, financial situations, and team compositions to create a clear path toward a successful sale. We attach great value to a healthy work-life balance and an informal working atmosphere. Every day we have lunch together and talk about everything except work.

As an Exit Ready Consultant at Marktlink Exit Ready, you can expect the following activities:

• Supporting the Exit Ready process and entrepreneur interviews.
• Advising on legal, strategic, and financial matters.
• Developing solutions and discussing them with experts and clients.
• Assisting in the negotiation and quotation process.
• Performing business and market analyses and optimizations.
• Providing strategic advice for the Masterplan for sales strategies.

• University degree or a HBO degree with a master's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or strategic management.
• Relevant courses and extracurricular activities that underscore your entrepreneurship or consultancy skills.
• Social and entrepreneurial, with practical, strategic, tactical, and commercial insight.
• Strong analytical ability, accurate and goal-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Dutch and English languages (in the Netherlands and Belgium).

For this position, we also welcome candidates who already have several years of experience in a similar field.
