Pay & benefits
What you'll get
Salary: € 3,800 - € 4,600 gross per month (based on 32 hours per week - at Luscii, that is full-time).
Remote-first: You can work anywhere in the Netherlands. We stay connected through monthly team days on location in the Netherlands, at our Assemblii.
Flexible workplace: Set up your ideal workplace. Whatever works best for you, we will arrange it.
You have at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a medical field and experience in healthcare or with digital healthcare projects.
You can translate the wishes of users or healthcare professionals into concrete system settings. You have experience with setting up or configuring digital products or workflows.
You work analytically and accurately. You test changes carefully and identify potential errors or consequences for other components, care pathways, or workflows.
You communicate clearly with healthcare professionals, partners, and specialists. You understand how healthcare professionals work and ask follow-up questions to find out what they need.
Preferably, you have experience with digital care, remote monitoring, or clinical workflows. Knowledge of and experience with Luscii or a similar platform is a plus.
You are open to Holacracy as a way of (co)working. At Luscii, you get a lot of freedom to organize your work and take responsibility for your choices and results.
You speak fluent Dutch and have mastered English at a C1/C2 level. English is our working language for internal communication, while communication with hospitals and partners will primarily be in Dutch. The application process will be conducted in both English and Dutch.
The role
With Luscii, patients can perform measurements at home and answer questions about their health. Their care team can monitor them remotely and receives a notification if extra attention is needed. We do this to relieve healthcare professionals and create space for care. If things are going well, a hospital visit is not always necessary. If a patient's health changes, the care team can respond to it sooner.
We design and create programs for various medical conditions that allow for good and reliable remote measurement of care. A medical program only makes a real impact when the content and the digital setup are correct. That is where you come in. Together with our 'Medical Minds' and partners, you will build, improve, and maintain the most widely used Luscii programs. You translate medical agreements into concrete settings for measurements, frequencies, alarm limits, and workflows. To do this, you work with our Luscii Program Builder. Knowledge of programming is not required; medical insight and careful working are.
In addition, you will also work on solutions that we can use more frequently. In this way, you help improve our ten most important Luscii programs and ensure that we can continue to use programs efficiently, consistently, and carefully for the many tens of thousands of patients who are already being monitored this way.
What you'll do
You ensure that our medical programs are technically well-configured and continue to align with practice. You work independently on configurations and consult with specialists and partners if a change requires extra attention. The healthcare professionals in the hospitals determine the medical content. You translate their agreements into a well-functioning digital program and ask follow-up questions if something is unclear.
What you will be doing, among other things:
You build and manage programs in Luscii. You set up measurements, questionnaires, measurement frequencies, alarm limits, notifications, and reminders based on pre-agreed medical requirements.
You focus on the top 10 programs within Luscii. You will further build, improve, and maintain these so that hospitals can monitor even more patients remotely.
You have contact with hospitals, partners, and external medical developers. You discuss their questions, clarify change requests, and coordinate the execution with other colleagues.
You test configurations and check whether changes work correctly. Do you see a setting with potential risks? Then you involve the responsible specialist.
You check whether a change has consequences for other programs or customers. You report recurring limitations in Luscii to the appropriate product or technical lead.
You record what works well and share your knowledge with colleagues and partners. This allows them to build and manage programs independently more often, and together we ensure an efficient way of working.
Read more about Luscii and how we work together at Luscii. Together we work on our mission to create space for care. Freedom, autonomy, and ownership are of great importance in this. You are responsible for your own results and work according to the principles of Holacracy.
Most important benefits
The ideal candidate...
... probably does not exist, but if you recognize yourself in many of the points below, we cordially invite you to apply! We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility and makes well-considered decisions independently. You enjoy having the freedom to shape your work and responsibilities, and you actively seek collaboration and alignment with others when necessary.
You understand how care processes work and want to know how to configure them well in a digital product. Perhaps you currently work as a CMD, nurse, ANIOS, AIOS, digital care project leader, or digital transformation consultant, which could be relevant for a successful fulfillment of this role.
