IT Support Specialist (Junior)

As an IT Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact and therefore the visiting card to our customers in healthcare. You enjoy customer contact and like helping customers solve their ICT problems. All of this is with the goal of relieving the customer of their concerns, so they can quickly and problem-free continue their work. For example, you might receive a question about a password that the customer has forgotten. You then ensure that the password is reset. Is a customer's question too complex? Then you call in the System Administrators in your team to help the customer further.

What you will do

• Handling incident tickets via telephone and email.

• Answering questions from our customers.

• Registering reports in Topdesk.

• You ensure good communication towards your customers.
