What you'll get

  • Salary: € 4,000 - € 4,650 gross per month (based on 32 hours per week - that is full-time at Luscii).

  • Remote work: Work anywhere in the Netherlands. We stay connected during monthly team days at a location in NL, our Assemblii.

  • Flexible working: Set up your workplace however you find comfortable. We will arrange whatever works best for you. In this role, you will also work extensively in and at hospitals and healthcare locations throughout the Netherlands.

  • You have at least two years of relevant experience, such as guiding implementations or independently leading change processes and/or projects from start to finish.

  • You have at least a completed HBO bachelor's degree, for example in the direction of health sciences, a medical field, or business administration.

  • You enjoy delving into care processes and find it interesting to translate these into practical digital ways of working. You want to know all the ins and outs of Luscii.

  • You know how to bring people along in changes and look beyond just the delivery. Experience in healthcare or healthtech will help with this.

  • You can handle unexpected challenges, adapt your approach when necessary, and take responsibility for your decisions.

  • You are open to working in a holacratic organization and are curious about our way of organizing work, roles, and responsibilities;

  • English is the working language for all internal communication at Luscii, so you are fluent in this language. Communication to customers is entirely in Dutch, so you are also fluent in that language.

The role

At Luscii, we believe that digital care can make healthcare more accessible and give healthcare professionals more space for what truly matters. With our technology, patients can measure their health at home, while care teams monitor their progress remotely. As an implementation specialist, you help hospitals make this way of care a natural part of daily practice.

You guide hospitals through the implementation of Luscii and work closely with healthcare professionals to translate existing care processes into well-designed digital care pathways. From the first workshop to the go-live, you take charge of the project. You help customers understand what needs to change and how they can realize that in practice.

For you, an implementation is only successful when the technology is actually being used. You help care teams make Luscii part of their daily work, become familiar with the new way of working, and remove obstacles to usage. In this, you work closely with other roles and colleagues at Luscii. At the same time, you contribute to the way we approach further adoption within Luscii. You share insights from practice and help develop ways of working and tools that your colleagues can also build upon.

What you'll do

You guide implementation projects from start to finish, with an average lead time of several months per implementation. You work largely remotely and combine project management with workshops, individual conversations, and close collaboration with hospital teams. Every hospital has its own processes, priorities, and stakeholders. You know how to adapt your way of working and approach to these effortlessly.

Your role

What you will be doing, among other things

  • You lead implementation projects from kick-off to go-live and monitor progress.

  • Together with healthcare professionals, you map out the current and desired care processes and care pathways.

  • You translate care processes into suitable Luscii programs, protocols, and configurations.

  • You coordinate the implementation with healthcare professionals, project leaders, and other stakeholders.

  • You help care teams make Luscii part of their daily work. You look beyond the go-live and investigate what is needed to sustain and/or expand usage.

  • You share insights from practice with colleagues and the product team to improve our programs and implementation approach.

You value the freedom to shape your own work and responsibilities, while actively seeking collaboration and alignment with others.

You know when to take a stand, when to involve your colleagues, and how to act decisively when necessary. For you, working independently does not mean you are on your own. You contribute to collective goals while simultaneously taking responsibility for your own area and responsibilities. You value open communication, transparency, and mutual trust.

The entire process is planned in advance so that we can maintain momentum and pace in the process.
