Do you have a passion for cycling and want to contribute to the TREK mission? For our store in Rotterdam we are looking for an all-round sales associate who does everything possible to ensure our customers leave the shop with a smile. After all, your mission is only truly successful when the customer leaves the shop satisfied!

As a Sales Associate, you are the specialist and advise our customers from A to Z. By following internal training, you will know everything about our wide assortment of bicycles and accessories. Do you still have a specific question about a bike? Your colleagues are always ready to help you with their knowledge and experience. At TREK, quality and service are highly valued, so you do everything possible to help the customer as best as you can. In addition to your advisory role, you also ensure that our store always looks top-notch.

• You reside in or near Rotterdam
• You speak fluent Dutch and can manage well in English

• You have a demonstrable interest in bicycles and cycling technology. You do not need to be a fanatic road cyclist, but you can advise customers with confidence

• You are available for 16 hours, including on Saturdays
• Customer focus is highly valued by you
• You are driven, flexible, and solution-oriented
