What we're looking for

A completed MBO education as First-Class Auto Technician or Technical Specialist.
Extensive work experience as a (first-class) auto mechanic; experience in training or mentoring apprentices is a strong plus.
In possession of an APK certificate, or willing to obtain this.
Accurate, independent, and solution-oriented.
You derive pleasure from collaboration, sharing knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
You preferably live in the Westland region or immediate surroundings.

The role

Do you have extensive experience as an auto mechanic and do you enjoy sharing your knowledge with the next generation? At Louwman Toyota in 's-Gravenzande, you will combine challenging technical tasks with mentoring and training BBL apprentices. This way, you make a difference every day, for our customers and for your colleagues of tomorrow.

What you'll do

What will you do?

No two days are the same. One moment you are delving into a complex fault to ensure the car can get back on the road like new, the next you are performing maintenance and inspections according to Toyota's strict guidelines. Thanks to your knowledge and experience, you know how to analyze and solve faults quickly and professionally.

In addition, you play an important role in our team. You are the go-to person for colleagues and the coach for our apprentice mechanics. You guide them on the workshop floor, provide explanations, think along with them, and help them grow in their profession. You also coordinate the progress of repairs closely with the workshop manager, so that customers can always rely on the quality and reliability they have come to expect from us.

Experienced auto mechanic wanted at Louwman Toyota ’s-Gravenzande. Tackle complex faults and mentor our apprentice mechanics.
