You have an MBO education in automotive technology or are willing to pursue one
You have basic knowledge of automotive technology and would like to learn more about it
APK inspector? Great! Not yet? Then we will help you to obtain this certificate
You are eager to learn, solution-oriented, and have an eye for quality
Affinity with commercial vehicles and technology is important; passion counts just as much as experience with us
You enjoy collaborating and are open to guidance and new knowledge
Experience is a plus, but above all, we find your motivation to learn the trade important

The role

Do you have a passion for technology and do you want to work with one of the most innovative brands in the world? At Mercedes-Benz Louwman in Den Bosch, we are looking for a Junior First-Class Van Technician.

What you'll do

You will learn to work on top-quality vans and will be given the space to develop yourself step by step into an independent automotive technician. One time you will help with maintenance, the next time you will support the resolution of a fault. During complex jobs, you will not be alone: experienced colleagues will help guide you. And do you want to learn more? Then we will give you all the space to follow training and further develop yourself.

Performing diagnoses and helping to resolve faults under supervision
Carrying out maintenance and repairs according to Mercedes-Benz standards
Collaborating with experienced colleagues and learning from their knowledge
Supporting various activities in the workshop
Thinking along about improvements and new techniques
Expanding your technical knowledge and skills step by step
Working towards an independent role as a First-Class Automotive Technician
