As a (1st class) collision repairer, you will work on a wide variety of damages. No two days are the same. One day you are repairing sheet metal, the next day you are working on a recently arrived Lexus.

Your duties include

• Analyzing damages and determining the correct approach

• (Dis)assembling body parts

• Repairing or replacing body panels

• Straightening, measuring, and aligning bodywork

You work accurately and think in solutions. For you: nothing is impossible.

For the role of Collision Repairer within Louwman Group, we are looking for a professional who identifies with words such as meticulous, solution-oriented, and flexible. Additionally, you enjoy working in a team and you bring the following experience or diploma with you:

What can you expect from us?

• Salary based on 38 hours, matching your experience

• Choice for 40 hours: accrue 2 hours of ADV (reduction of working hours) or have them paid out

  • Full-time = 104 ADV hours per year

• 25 vacation days + the possibility to purchase 2 additional weeks

• 8% holiday allowance, paid monthly

  • Louwman pays 17.7%, you pay 10.28%

• Travel allowance:

  • € 0.23 per km (car)
