Supervisor Roermond (32 hr)

• Coordinating daily activities on the shop floor.

• Ensuring an excellent customer experience and service quality.

• Training, coaching, and guiding employees on the job.

• Supervising compliance with company guidelines, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Supporting staff planning, inventory management, and store presentation.

• Identifying and resolving operational challenges within the store.

• Being responsible for daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Who are we looking for? A colleague for 32 hours per week, flexibly deployable (available at least one weekend day), including holidays. You have as much passion for chocolate as we do and you work with a big smile on your face. Additionally, you also have:
