From our Dutch office, we are also building our own platform for Lefebvre Group, the European leader in legal and tax knowledge: GenIA-L, which has now reached more than 100 million euros in ARR in Europe. Over 75,000 professionals work with it daily, and we build it to the standard their profession demands. We are looking for a Growth Marketeer to take ownership of a specific market segment and grow it.

Coming up with a good campaign is one thing. Knowing what moves a tax advisor, a corporate lawyer, or a government legal professional is something else entirely. They all work with laws and regulations, but they buy differently, decide differently, and rely on different things. A message that resonates with a law firm says little to a legal team at a multinational. That is why each segment with us gets its own owner, and you will be that owner for Legal/Tax, Corporate, or Government. To do this, you must truly want to understand your customers. Who decides on a new solution, where does the doubt lie, and what is needed to move away from a way of working that has been good enough for years? Based on that understanding, you determine the story, the channels, and the budget, and you justify every choice with figures. A Campaign Manager and an agency will put your plans into practice, so that you can focus on the choices that make the difference. And you look beyond the first signature, because a customer who purchases GenIA-L but does not use it gains nothing from it. What you observe in the market, you feed back to sales, product development, and customer success. In this way, our offering becomes sharper per segment, and you will see the direct impact of your choices in the revenue.

You think big and calculate sharply. Coming up with a strong campaign gives you energy; a rising conversion rate gives you even more. You lay out the lines, others execute them, and you ensure the results are achieved.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing or growth.

• You build a business case that convinces and manage based on funnel figures.

• You have managed agencies or colleagues and delivered results.

• You switch effortlessly from positioning to alignment with sales and proposition.

• You speak and write fluent Dutch.

Few marketers get the chance to reposition a brand of over 200 years in the market. You do. Lefebvre Sdu is moving from content subscriptions to software, and you determine how your segment makes that step. You report to the Head of Marketing, manage your own budget, and have the freedom to chart your own course.

• A good base salary and a standard 36-hour work week.

• An end-of-year bonus of 4% of your gross annual salary and a variable profit share that can amount to up to 6% of your gross annual salary.

• 23 vacation days and a personal choice budget of 12%, of which 8% is holiday allowance and 4% is freely spendable for, for example, extra vacation days.

• A good pension scheme via PGB, including supplementary partner insurance.

• A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer or a public transport allowance, and we offer an attractive bicycle scheme. For employees with a commuting distance of less than 10 km or more than 60 km, we have an adjusted scheme.
