The role

Legal AI is only as good as the knowledge behind it. At Lefebvre Sdu, we have been building that knowledge for 200 years. Day in, day out. Law by law. Word by word. Other legal AI tools run on our data and software. As the Dutch heart of Lefebvre Group, the European leader in legal and tax knowledge, we also develop our own platform: GenIA-L, where legal and tax professionals don't just get an answer, but an answer they dare to put their name to. More than 75,000 professionals work with it daily, accounting for over 100 million euros in ARR in Europe. We are looking for a Content Coordinator who ensures the highest quality of information for our customers.

The success of Lefebvre Sdu is largely determined by a good relationship with content providers, our authors. Top-class content coordination is therefore one of our most important critical success factors. As Content Coordinator, you are an indispensable hub in this entire process.

What you'll do

As Content Coordinator, you are the director of the content process for the products assigned to you. You ensure that content is published on time, correctly, and according to schedule. You are an indispensable hub between authors, editorial members, and other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone can collaborate optimally. With your organizational talent, eye for quality, and drive to continuously improve, you contribute directly to up-to-date, relevant, and reliable information for our customers.

  • You direct the content process of the products assigned to you and ensure that the content is published on time and correctly.

  • You support authors and editorial members in this process and ensure good mutual cooperation.

  • You actively look for ways in which our processes can become better, smarter, or more efficient.

  • Alongside your coordinating role, you create content yourself where necessary, thereby contributing directly to up-to-date, relevant, and reliable information for our customers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You get energy from organizing, coordinating, and improving. You know how to connect people, maintain an overview, and ensure that processes run smoothly. In doing so, you never lose sight of quality, timeliness, and the collective result.

  • You like to take charge when something needs to be organized.

  • You are an expert at building and maintaining a good, sustainable network.

  • You oversee the entire process, thereby supporting those involved and coordinating the outsourcing of various activities, always with an eye for planning, quality, timeliness, and cost control.

  • You find energy in change and improvement; of yourself, of our processes, and our services.

  • You are accurate and problem-solving.

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of English.

  • With your proven organizational skills, you stand for efficiency and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You will join a close-knit and friendly team in which we work together on accessible and applicable laws and regulations. The content coordination team consists of more than 20 passionate professionals who work closely with each other, but also with content managers and subject matter specialists, to make the translation from customer wish to content.

  • A place where you have influence on the content process from day one and work together with authors, content managers, and subject matter specialists.

  • Colleagues within a dedicated team of more than 20 passionate professionals working together on accessible and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Room to grow. In your profession, in your role, in the organization.

  • A base salary starting from € 3,460 gross per month, depending on your experience. Based on 36 hours, because with us, that is full-time.

  • An end-of-year bonus of 4% of your gross annual salary and a variable profit share that can amount to up to 6% of your gross annual salary.

  • 23 vacation days and a personal choice budget of 12%, of which 8% is holiday allowance and 4% is freely spendable on extra vacation days or as salary.

  • A good pension scheme via PGB, including supplementary partner insurance.

  • A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer or a public transport allowance, and we offer an attractive bicycle scheme. For employees with a commuting distance of less than 10 km or more than 60 km, we have an adjusted scheme.

  • Home office allowance and hybrid working: please account for 2 days per week in the office in The Hague.

  • Room for professional development.
