The mission
Evaluate, develop, and reward faster, fairer, and better! Out with outdated HR assessments based on gut feeling, and hello to fair and transparent feedback, development, reward, and growth. Our software automates and structures the entire process: from clear expectations regarding roles, through continuous evaluations, to explainable reward decisions. This allows managers to save precious time and conduct more impactful conversations with their people. That is what we strive for at Learned every day, and in doing so, we contribute to a fairer labor market in the Netherlands.
The opportunity
Learned is growing fast, and outbound is becoming an increasingly large part of our go-to-market. Over the past year, we have personalized our sales process with Claude, Clay, and LinkedIn automation. It works: we know which signals we score on, such as a new HR manager, funding, or pay transparency legislation. Now we want to deeply embed this in our daily sales process, first in the Netherlands and soon in Germany.
As a GTM engineer, you will build and manage the engine that makes this possible. You will focus on a defined group of organizations: knowledge-intensive companies with 100 to 2,000 employees, with professional services as the strongest industry. Therefore, we drive on timing and depth per account, not on volume. Our offering is also expanding: in addition to performance management, it now includes compensation and L&D. Your systems will determine which entry point best fits each account: HR, C-level, compensation & benefits, or L&D.
What you are going to build:
Market research with agents: agents that continuously monitor our ICP for signals, such as topics companies are actively searching for and changes within companies (mergers, acquisitions, new leadership). You will go beyond what already works, with signals that are specific to knowledge-intensive organizations.
GEO and visibility: mapping out how Learned scores on these topics in Google and in AI search engines, compared to competitors. This is direct input for our content meetings.
A content agent: an agent that creates content based on those insights to help us be found more easily.
HubSpot and dashboards: making signals and results visible in HubSpot, so the team can prioritize smartly instead of working through loose lists. HubSpot is already well-configured, so you will start with building rather than cleaning up.
Outreach and insight: signal-based campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and telephone using Lemlist, Clay, Lusha, and HubSpot. You will also measure how often and how intensively ICP accounts come into contact with our brand.
You will build this as MCP connections and skills in our Claude environment. This allows the BDRs to work with it daily and enables the team to add new triggers and campaigns themselves. Everything you build will become the foundation of our international playbook. It must therefore be transferable and ready to be rolled out to Germany with other signals, another language, and another ICP.
The team
You will work directly with our CCO, two senior BDRs, and our RevOps engineer. For the content and GEO side, you will team up with marketing. Lines are short and decisions are made quickly, so you will see your work reflected in conversations and pipeline within a few weeks. The output of your systems will certainly return in our meetings: signals and GEO insights in the content meeting, campaign results in the sales and RevOps meetings.
Your growth
You are not an executor of a ready-made to-do list. You spot opportunities yourself and pick up new projects based on them. You are building a role that is still very much in development, at the intersection of sales, marketing, data and AI. With the rollout to Germany, your playing field grows along with it. And of course we use our own software: you always know what is expected of you, you receive continuous feedback and you can see how you can grow.
Sounds good? Great, you can apply via the button!
