Senior Business Development Representative

• A salary between €3,500 – €4,500 gross per month

• On top of your salary, a 35% bonus OTE (On target earnings): this is uncapped!

Together we make the difference - this is what you do
As Senior Business Development Representative, you are responsible for generating and following up on leads and converting these leads into appointments. You will be busy setting up sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn and telephone, and continuously searching for organizations that fit well with our value proposition and our ideal customer profile. You will conduct introductory meetings to qualify leads, together with an Account Executive at the beginning, and eventually independently. Upon a qualified lead, you pass it on to an Account Executive. You work independently, take responsibility and contribute to process improvements.

Your average work week looks approximately like this:

• Shaping sales campaigns, approaching leads (email/telephone/LinkedIn) and scheduling appointments (60%)

• Conducting introductory meetings with the lead to qualify based on selection criteria (30%)

• Supporting sales colleagues in preparing meetings, such as setting up trial accounts or creating business cases (10%)

• You have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in software; experience within HR is a plus

• You have completed at least a commercially related HBO (higher professional education) degree

• You get energy from new business, like achieving goals and have a winner's mentality

• You enjoy being in conversation with many SMEs from various industries

• You can work in a structured manner so that no lead is forgotten

• You have excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing, and also speak good English

• You have an affinity with start-ups and IT

• You live in the Utrecht area or are willing to travel here
