For our location in Doesburg, we are looking for a top performer to come and strengthen our team. You are an important central figure between internal departments and ensure the administrative handling of shipments, e.g., registering/processing shipments and accompanying documents. You manage customer contact and keep them informed about the status of their shipment and possible issues en route. You think in solutions and can switch gears quickly. This concerns a full-time office job (day shift), based in Doesburg.

• You register shipments with recipients for deliveries;
• You ensure that customer orders are processed in the correct manner so that they can be delivered according to agreement:
• You ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly and are fully under control, with maximum flexibility and your problem-solving skills helping in this process;
• You actively think along to improve processes and you show initiative in this.

• You have at least an MBO level of working and thinking and do not mind getting to know a new computer system;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the logistics/transport world or a relevant position;
• Knowledge of the MS Office package is present;
• You work accurately and show initiative;
• You are communicatively strong, service-oriented, and solution-oriented;
• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing. Knowledge of English in speech and writing. And some knowledge of the German language is a plus.
