• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferably)
• Experience with Continuous Improvement, ideally 4 years, preferably in a production environment
• Coaching and change management skills
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English

As a Continuous Improvement Black Belt with Lean Six Sigma knowledge, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the systems, knowledge, and culture for continuous improvement within our Business Unit. Your work ensures an organization that continuously improves itself, with the goal of providing the highest quality and service to our customers in the most efficient manner. You will be working at our sites in Zaandam, Zwolle, Maarssen, and Tiel.

• Training and mentoring: Teach employees the Lean Six Sigma method and follow up on improvement initiatives within assigned sites.
• Coaching: Help employees and managers improve their performance by guiding process improvement projects, such as Lean Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt initiatives.
• Implementing CI techniques: Deploy CI techniques such as SQCDEP boards, 5S, visual management, standard work, process status and control boards, flow, VSM, and more.
• Identifying and realizing improvement opportunities: Collaborate with operations to convert improvement opportunities into high-potential LEAN projects, including Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping.
• Executing and communicating projects: Independently execute Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects and share updates on progress and financial results through regular reports and presentations.
• Identifying obstacles: Report stagnations during projects in a timely manner and work together to overcome them.
