As Supervisor, you are able to provide optimal customer experiences as the leader of the team and thus together achieve the agreed sales results and carry out daily tasks.  

As Supervisor, you are responsible for valuable customer interactions and the optimal customer experience of the store. Additionally, you are responsible for the results in the store and the employees, and you ensure an optimal division of labor in the daily operation.  

To realize this together with your team, it is important that you take on the following:  

• Motivating, enthusing, and coaching colleagues on optimal customer contact. You lead by example and act as a working foreman; 
• Contributing to the development of your colleagues' craftsmanship by coaching, giving feedback, leading by example, and onboarding new colleagues; 
• Daily evaluating the progress of results with your cluster manager; 
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees from your team regarding more complex issues and in case of emergencies. 

To be able to do this successfully, you recognize yourself in at least the following points:  

• At least MBO 4 working and thinking level;
• Selling, providing service, and customer contact are in your blood; 
• You possess leadership and coaching skills;   
• You are able to enthuse your environment towards optimal performance; 
• You are good at listening and delegating; 
• You are available for at least 37 hours per week.
