The role

As a team leader, you are the right hand of the store manager, and together you ensure that the store runs smoothly. You motivate, coach, and support the team on the shop floor, so that everyone works with pleasure and customers leave with a smile. From the opening phase, you help with building the team, setting up processes, and creating a pleasant working atmosphere. No two days are the same in a bustling coastal town like Domburg: it can be busy in the high season or quiet on rainy days - you keep a cool head and always know what needs to be done. You switch effortlessly between different tasks: from managing colleagues on the shop floor and checking stock to solving daily challenges. You think ahead, love to roll up your sleeves, and ensure the store always looks tip-top. In short: you are the energetic link between the team and the store manager and contribute to the success of the store every day.
